I have worn many hats throughout my career: digital experience strategist, service innovation designer, brand storyteller, creative copywriter. However, all of them ultimately boiled down to answering strategic needs with a human-centric perspective, creative conceptualisation and an analytical mind. Now I’m hoping to tackle more of the world’s knotty challenges.
